I didn't mind the brief detour at all. The story is character perfect and your descriptions are awesome.

I was tempted to just not read this because I wanted to finish the story right. now. But I'll be patient. Great job.

You rock so much! Just popped on to review Chapter 4, and there Chapter 5 is, waiting for me. :-) Anyway, best line from this chapter is the whole darn thing, but this in particular: Those hungry little sounds spilled carelessly from her throat, and he wondered what it would feel like to press his mouth over hers and swallow them as they escaped.

Rogue is just so good at revenge. Love the way she got Logan all fired up.
I think Carol and Marie might be trying to break through Rogue's feral mind set.

What's the opposite of suing? Sending chocolate? Because I kind of want to. Guh. Holy cow, so very very hot. I love the struggle Logan's having with himself, and the one they're having with each other.
