Wow!!!! That was intense
Your writing is potent
Woooow that was insane lol. But very, VERY good. I love the intense emotion of your writing and the descriptions are incredible. And those last lines--so bittersweet. Amazing work! :)
Author's Response: I'm glad you enjoyed the piece. You seem to have grasped exactly the mood I was going for. Thanks for your comments, always.

Ohhh, loved this chapter. There were so many interesting phrases and parts.
I loved the use of Logan's sense here: '...and he could taste the flush creeping into her cheeks...'
And just imagining this part made me grin:
'Without realizing it, he held his head up straighter, his chest puffed out slightly, his legs slightly parted on the seat. He was glad McCoy wasn’t there to pick up on Logan’s own rutting scent.'
Great work, can't wait to read the next chapters! :D
Author's Response: Thank you. When I read the comics a long time ago, I feel there was more of an emphasis on the senses, not just the claws. I appreciate all feedback, positive or negative.

Yes, I am sure you have had more readers but I am making it a point to review your fics as I recommended that you join the WRFA.
But I have a bit of a bone to pick: Hang on....."they don't belong together". What kind of crazy talk is that?! LOL
Author's Response: Logan and Marie are like Kaluha and Ice Cream. Sure, it's tasty and sinful, but you can't base a diet on it. They will never be able to surmount the combination of facts that 1) she's too young, 2) he's too jaded 3) he loves someone else 4) she has no moral or emotional grounding and is bound to screw things up with a lover of five before she settles down...
Still, fun to smack them together and see what happens. -Killjoy
Author's Response: "lover OR five" rather -Killjoy
Okay, you had me all giggly and excited about the whole UST and is-it-going-to-become-RST-thing and then you snatch it away! *Sulk* Well, still wonderfully written. I love your style of writing.
"A part of him, a small part but vital to who he was, had loved feeling death, any death, even her death. It’s what he was for."
Seems to ring so heartbreakingly true!
Author's Response: I wondered if anyone even had seen this story. And no, no happy endings. They don't belong together, so it will always be something...
