I would love to see what happens when its announced to everyone. I keep imagining the next day, Xavier and Scott are found alive, and that news is overshadowed with the Rogue/Logan wedding news.

Author's Response: That's an interesting perspective that had never occurred to me. I'm considering this story as a finished piece and I'm working on another that I'm struggling with to NOT get it this lengthy. Author's Response: Toad always struck me as the kind of guy who could turn on the charm when it suited him. Shelly is an original character. I wanted someone who was a stereotypical "I HATE HER!" person, so a Texas cheerleading pageant queen was easy pickin's.

Oh, well done! I thought it was a little light on the parts of the story not pertaining to Rogan, but that's also understandable, since that wasn't your primary aim. But the way you dealt with the cure and the mutations was quite plausible and really worked for me. I really liked your original characters (the twins' speech patterns were friggin' hi-larious) and your twist with Toad (though I missed Pyro a bit) and Mystique. I did find Logan a bit out of character, but somehow it worked for me anyway, since you seemed to explain that with the effects of the cure and the effects of the mighty Wolverine ;-)
