WOW! You are a terrific writer! I love the fact that you have a great vocabulary and you aren't afraid to use it! And you aren't afraid to take on difficult topics as you've proven in this story! I would LOVE to see you carry this forward! Could you make work?
However, you have a large number of mistakes in this story and others; this makes me think that your work may not be beta'd. Why not? You have a large body or work. You are a published author. Surely your publisher wants THAT work corrected--why not fix the work on this site? You are a WONDERFUL writer! Why let anything detract from ANY of your work?
Author's Response: Thank you Path for your response. rnrnTruthfully, most of the work that has been posted here was for fun, and some has been done while on a break from my other writing. I'd love to get it beta'd...I have been planning on going back and editing, polishing my work on here. I love this fandom and enjoy writing for it. Again, thanks so much for your comments. I appreciate them greatly!

Typos and subject matter aside (not the M/M but the 'co-mates'), this was a powerful and very visual piece. It was so easy to let the images just flow....the shadows, the anger, the blood and bite marks, muscles tensing for the fight.
It's a little tough to insert Dark Love after this though; juxtaposed against the almost cordial, logical discussion in the med bay, the way they introduce Rogue to their 'plan' and 'agreement' doesn't seem a good fit.
Very well written, like I said, visual & powerful.
Author's Response: Thanks for the feedback. While it is a companion piece to Dark Love it doesn't really have to be linked to it. Believe me, I edited this a lot before I felt confident enough to post it. Anyway, thanks for the feedback and I'm glad you enjoyed the story.
