This is getting even better. The tone fits the story perfectly, even Scott's 'breakdown' doesn't feel weird or awkward, it's just something that happened, and reader has to deal with it.
There are nice details sprinkled through the story, mainly Marie's memories of the past, and they give a brief reprieve from the hell she's living in now, but you have integrated them in to the story well, they do not mess up the plot, but rather enhance it.
For your plans for the future I'd say write what feels best for you, but I'm having slight difficulties imagining this written from Logan's POV. Might be interesting to see.
Waiting for the next update with curiosity. :)

Not good with rewiews, I'm afraid, but lets give this a shot. Because this truly deserves it.
I like this one a lot. The world you have created has been used often before, but you managed to make it sound something new, fresh and interesting. I'm really looking forward for the next chapters.
Marie's numbness comes through loud and clear, but there's that little something that makes the reader think that there's more to it. That she hasn't fully given up yet. Or is that just my wishful thinking? Perhaps.
Aaand... owie. I probably have something more to say when next chapter arrives. Really, really looking forward for that.

Oh, good stuff. I like the somewhat dystopian set-up you've created for them here. Especially Rogue's knowledge that Logan's dead and her reaction to it (even if we kind of quietly hope that he's not and it's all been a horrible misunderstanding somehow.) It's a compelling start and I'm looking forward to finding out what happens next.
Great detail too, with the colours and flavours to describe people and events. I imagine the inside of Rogue's head at this point is a very interesting, if slightly scary, sort of place.

An excellent beginning, well written and draws the reader into the story immediately. I don't think you really need a beta as I didn't see anything that needed changing. A beautiful job! I'm looking forward to more enjoyable reading.
