I *thoroughly* enjoyed this entire story! Other than some typos and grammatical errors that made reading in a few spots difficult, it was entertaining as all get out, had me on the edge of my seat the whole way and was an entirely original telling of Marie's mutation background! Bravo Epic, bravo!

Author's Response: thanks for all the feedback! I had forgotten how long this story was, so it was great to hear about it again! I wanted to end it on something really happy that would close the whole story with a smile. Plus, I just couldn't get my brother's voice out of my head when he said he wanted to name his son 'Hank the Tank'. Thanks again!!!
