Great detail. The first part felt so calculated like being hunted.
The second part was very good too. All around nice first story. Keep up the great work.

That was lovely....well, not all the killing and carnage, no, not that. But the after the dream part, the needing to know she's ok, her needing/wanting to know what he'd dreamt, how she's gotten to him over the years.
Yes, they're connected, it may be in the dreamworld, and it may be tenuous sometimes, but they are still connected.
