Author's Response: Honestly? I hadn't even thought about what song it might be. Logan doesn't even know what song it is....he just wanted to get Marie away from Mike. Poor Logan is jealous and what a strange feeling that has got to be for him! But if I had to say, I'd probably go with something totally inappropriate and not romantic in the least. I always kind of thought 'My Life Would Suck Without You' by Kelly Clarkson would make a good Wolverine/Rogue theme song. Regardless, now I'm going to have to think about it and see if I can't work it into the story, whatever song it might be! Thanks for the review!

Love Logan being overwhelmed by his lust for Marie. I love that he seems more affected than he does right now. I am sure that will change soon though, right? Cant wait for the next chapter.

1. The way you portray Jubilee. “Logan's a guest. And seriously, babe,” she turned to Marie, “it wouldn't matter if he was 500 years old. The man is hot and you know it.”

2. Caleb. Great character. “I don’t know anything about anybody,” Caleb held up his hand to ward off any further questions. “If you think there might be something to talk about, you’d better ask somebody who knows something and that definitely isn't me.”

And as I’ve already mentioned in previous reviews, I love your portrayal of Logan.

Author's Response: Thank you! I may have said it before, but I love Jubilee! She is so much fun to write. She can get away with saying and doing just about anything. Original characters can be anything I want them to be so without any constraints on them they are really fun to flesh out. I'm so glad you liked it. This chapter took me a while to figure out for some reason so I'm really glad you felt it was the best yet. Thanks again!

I am really, really liking this AU you've created. It's the perfect environment for Logan, and Marie's character is perfectly uptight enough to make me laugh when Logan pulls his antics. Keep up the great work!

I am loving the camaraderie and real family feeling you have been able to impart to the characters in this AU. The whole thing feels very natural, so kudos to you for that!

Also, unless you live waaaaay, waaaay south, 60 degrees in November isn't cold, especially not in northern climes herein the US. I live in the snowbelt of western NY and lemme tell ya, 60 in late November would be a dream! We tend to be 40 s or low 50s and damp, with temps in the 30s at night.

Author's Response: Thank you! I tried to work as many of the X-Men in as I could without ruining the family dynamic or making it too unrealistic. Writing this has been a lot of fun so far. And if you can't tell, family is very important to me. I have some cousins who I'm close to so writing this has been pretty easy.rnrnYes, I realize 60 degrees isn't cold, I was trying to impart that they were having some unnaturally warm weather for November. I live in Nebraska and if it was 60 degrees here in November, I'd be thrilled. Once in a while we get lucky and have a mild Thanksgiving but sometimes we don't and we have snow instead. I'm fairly certain they usually have snow in Wyoming by that time of year.

Great story! can't wait to see where it goes. Wonder what Thanksgiving will be like. Keep up the updates ;)

Okay I am guessing you live somewhere that doesn't use Fahrenheit. 60 degrees in the US is cold. (the quick way my French teacher always told us to calculate centigrade is to take the Fahrenheit double it and add 30 - it works you are only off by a couple of degrees. Going the other way is less accurate but I am beating you wanted it to be about 110 - which is about right for a Western Indian summer).

I am really liking this by the way.

Author's Response: I'm really glad you're liking it. But I've got to tell you, I live in Nebraska (and Wyoming is typically colder than Nebraska because it's in a higher elevation) and 60 degrees Fahrenheit would really be very warm for November. I believe they start getting their heavy snows in November most years which would mean temps are more generally in the 30's or lower 40's. We're usually in the upper 40's to lower 50's for highs here in Nebraska then with nights dipping down into the 20's and 30's (all Fahrenheit readings).
