WOWW!!!!! So THRILLED to see this updated! Lots of heavy thinking on Logan's part here, glad to see that, he had some serious f-ups to get thru and figure out. I think he's on the right track now.
And WHOA!!! Such nice smut too!! Gotta love these 2 for 1 deals...Logan's finally getting his sh*t together AND we get great sex!! FANTASTIC!!
Author's Response: Ct - I am glad to hear you see Logan as back on track, he does do some major decisioning here. We have more decisions coming but I am glad I was able to convey the subtle changes occuring in him. One of the primary things I promised myself with this story is that the conection between these two, as people, wouldn't be instant, that it would have to grow and be nutured, so I am really glad you saw the beginnings of that, cause I tried to drop the seeds in this chapter. Hurrah! Thanks for the feedback.

LOVE this dominating logan, specially when he's tender with Marie and takes care of her. And Im also very fond on the way Marie seems to need at the same time the protection of logan and how she tries to please him even when he acts as an asshole sometimes. AHHHHHHHHHHHH! my reaction when I saw that this story was updated. I read this a while ago and the premise kept floating around in my head for a while. Hard one to let go (I wonder why, wink wink). Anyway, I liked the exposition in this chapter. While just about everyone here would sell their souls for Rogan smutty goodness (sounds like a candy filling of some sort) it was important to see into the dynamic of their relationship that doesn't involve sexin'. Especially true with Marie's past. I'm rambling: in conclusion I love this story and I love that you're back!

Surprised that Xavier has no clue at all what the woman gets up to. You'd think he'd keep a fairly close watch on the situations involving Logan, since he's so important and vulnerable due to his amnesia and PTSD.

I will tell you one of my things about fics with Xavier is that he doesn't seem as powerful or as informed as he should be (or he is the bad guy, which I don't mind but anyway) so don't count our good Charles out of this one. And Logan is never all that far from Charles's mind, never fear.

Wow, I'm glad you're back. I'm glad Logan saw what game Jean was playing with him and relaized exactly how much influence he has with Marie. Both good and bad.
I hope he'll be more considerate now that he doesn't have to worry about steeling himself against Jean. That ship has sailed, and sunk spectacularly, like the Titanic.;)
Can't wait to see how his homecoming will go. But preferably after he and Marie are a tight unit. He may be aware of the mind-fuckery Jean engages in, but Marie is not prepared for it.

Author's Response: Chapter 4 went up tonight. I am hoping to have 5 done by the end of the month. It is all pretty much mapped out at this point, 2/3s of it are outlined, some with fully developed scenes so it is coming along. I fully intend to finish it.

Author's Response: I got stuck, really stuck, but I have resolved it or at least I think so. The problem was in a scene from several chapters from now mucked with my timeline as mentioned in chapter 3 so I had to reconcile the two. I just couldn't get the later scene to lay right. We wrestled for awhile but I think I won. We will see how everyone enjoys it.

Please update soon. I loved "Anything" as well and was thrilled when I found this. Very good extension of the original one-shot. Hope you post soon, I'm really curious as to how the inhabitants of the mansion react to the relationship.
Author's Response: We will get to the mansion but not just yet. There is much for Logan and Marie to figure out about themselves first. Chapter 4 is up now so please provide your impressions both positive and negative as to where they have ended up at the end of the new chapter.
