they're very sweet together, Alex is such a good guy.
to bad at some point Wolverine's going to show up and change everything...ok, maybe not too bad but kinda bad for Alex and Jess anyways. but she belongs w/ Logan we all know that otherwise this would be up on another fan faction site lol!
Author's Response: gald your enjoying the fix. Alex is one of my favorite charaters. And I make no promises, happy endings are not my forte. That being said I hope you enjoy the rest of the fic. There will be more twists and turns than you can imagine.

love this story. Im pretty much reading off my phone right now, so sorry about the grammer. Anyway, this is great. I love the flash back in the first chapter when she is trying to mentally escape her captors. And alex is a great character to use. Hes always been a fav of mine and i wish he were in more story lines. Cant wait till there is more logan interaction in the next story. Love the depth of the characters and the challenge of memory loss promotes so many possibility threads. Keep writing!

As 'what if's' go, this is pretty good. What if Marie lost her memory, what if she met someone else and fell in love...I'm impressed. I like Alex and I like that he loves her so much, but I have a feeling life ain't gonna stay all sunshine and sex on the beach for too much longer--and somebody is gonna get hurt (heart-wise, no claws). Author's Response: thank you so much for the review, makes me want to keep going. I've decided to take stad at a series, and this is my attempt. I've already posted the next part of the series it's called; The Hottest Love has the Coldest End. This part will be about Logan and what has been going on with him all this time, we'll find out what happend in flas back. Hope you enjoy it and continue to reivew, it really makes my day!

I like this, but I don't remember an 'Alex Summers' in X1. I have seen one in X-Men: Evolution, which is a perfectly legitimate category to use.
You do a good job of making the characters likable and keeping the story moving. I like your choice of Alex--he's a fresh face and if you're going where I think you are with this, the interaction between him and Scott, let alone him and Logan, will provide some great scenes. Author's Response: I'm glad your liking this. I've adjusted the summary, the story takes place after X1, but then streams off into I guess an AU, it will all make sense in the end, I hope. it's all planned out we'll hear from Wolverine soon. and things will start to tie in to each other.

First of all, I agree with Tamisnead, you can't leave this as a one-shot. You have created too much interest in characters and situations that are 'unfinished' to let it stand as is. And you also need to correct the spelling of the title. I look forward to more. --Wendie

Please, please don't leave this as a one-shot. You must tell us what's already happened, going to happen, and above all give us a happy ending with lots of smut!
