I can see that this chapter provided some trouble in writing, but I think you did a good job! I hope to read more soon.

This seriously broke my heart. Logan doing his normal thing of saying 'I love you' to Jean on the phone had to be an ice pick to Rogue's heart (not to mention him insulting her ie: "Rogue fell again").

Sorry I haven't reviewed yet. (At least, I don't think I've reviewed yet.) I'm totally conflicted about this story. It's well-written, engaging, and quite the roller coaster. My problem is, it's really hard for me to like the characters. Even if I'm not a big Jean-fan, I hate cheating. So I can't really cheer this Logan and Marie on, just watch as they mess up their lives. And it's painful. Which means it's well-written. :o) Sigh. Please, please update soon!

Just re-read the last part - good for her! She did get a new conviction out of it so far.
Anda word from the wise for those two: hiding a thing like this damages all three and whatever is between any of them. In this situatio and with the people involved, I'd say honesty was the only "honourable" way. If you have to hide from your actions and lose your respect for yourself, for the one you are cheating and the one you are cheating with, what foundations do you have for anything?

Hope this doesn't sou offending now: This story is a lot better than I though.(uhm, sorry) It's real and honest. Yes, life can be like that: screwing over our very foundations from within ourselves, and then there's nothing left to guide us, because instinct works in boxes. When it leaves the, we are truly lost. And if we have screwed our closest relationships over in the process, there's precious little left to guide us.
This is the first non-action story in a very long time that I follow with great anticipation and not a single clue what could happen next.

I almost felt forced into writing this review, like something was telling me it had to be done. I loved it. The way they question themselves seems so real, but i wish there was a way that they didnt have to. I hate Jean and all, but Logan has to stay true to her, but that doesnt mean they cant have a little fun in the long run. I liked how you had Logan into reading mysteries, and how you explained it. it humanized him even more. Keep up the great work.
