ok I almost died when I read that. I love that bit sooo much!!! Its amazing, and I really think it summarizes both stories nicely. I like the reference to when she first saw him, cuz that was pretty much the best part of that whole movie. *Drools thinking about it*

Also, you have excellent taste. I have trolled your favorites and found a fair few that I hadn't read yet. They were wonderful and I applaud you for your good taste. No wonder you are such a dab hand at writing with the influences you have had.

Author's Response: Trolling through others' favorites is a guilty pleasure of mine too - I've found some great things that way. RoseSumner actually directed me to jenn's Jus Ad Bellum, which I just added to my favorites. Took me three days to get through and it's the most heartbreaking, complex, beautifully written, and inspired thing I think I've come across on this site.

Had I known you were hiding this from us, I, too, would have threatened you with Logan/Jean blasphemy--or worse, Logan/Remy slash!--That author you spoke of was well within her rights to demand posting of this outstanding 'mirror' to 'Sensation'. Same tone as the original, but Marie's voice is all her own. Absolutely brilliant. --Wendie

Author's Response: I don't know where that half star came from, sucks, but people like you who read, rate, & leave incredible kind reviews more than balance it out in my mind. Rose didn't know I had this particular one up my sleeve - hell, I didn't know I had this up my sleeve until this afternoon - but she knew of the incident of discouragement & then proceeded with the hellfire & damnation (aka Jean/Logan-ness) if I closed up shop. Thank you so much for this review - and your help with the rating ;) - thank you thank you thank you with whipped cream, cherries & a naked Logan on top...or uh, maybe those should be on top of him? It was a very nice interlude, I do like it!! Not that many authors can describe this kind of tenderness coming from Logan without it sounding weak; you really did a great job!
Don't worry too much about what others think, do what you want to do. And if it's writing, then so be it!!!!!
