I really like this. It really reads like a summary, and I like the storyline you've created :)

I quite liked this story, it was cute. :) There were a few things, I think, that could have made it even better though (however, I know I probably would have done them the way you did if I was writing).
I think for Logan's POV it would have been nicer to maybe have different memories, you know? And you did do that a little, but I think it would have been even better with a little new scene thrown in here or there to top it off.
The last chapter was good, especially for a first try, and I know I'd never be able to pull it off! But, I'm not sure, it still kinda felt like something was missing. Maybe the last line could be polished up to be similar in mood to the intro of the story. (Does that make sense?) Like, it was a first-person talking about how if their story was a book etc etc. Maybe referencing the life as a book idea in the end would make it feel like it fit. :)
However, all in all, I did like the story! I loved the 'I suck at summaries' thing. Good job!

Author's Response: Thank you for your comments, and I am glad you liked it. I have revised the 'Epilogue' at the end of chapter 3 to a more first person view, and added another sentence onto the story. Let me know what you think, does that make it flow better?

I like the thought of a shared balcony. I'd like to see Logan's POV.
