Oh, SM, this last chapter really wasn't necessary. Such a powerful story should have, at the least, a benign ending, something the reader can fill in for themselves; at best - a happily ever after would be in order. Why'd ya have ta do this?

Author's Response: It was necessary, for me. Ask September, I'm an angsty type woman, and yes, I know this goes beyond angst. This way, at least, they get to be together.
