Wow. What an amazing piece of fanfic. Sort of historical, but in a rather quiet way. Of course, war is not quiet, but put against the human drama of those involved in the war; yeah, it's just background noise.

I don't know what's happened to the authors here at WRFA, but it seems I've fallen into a wonderful hole of extremely talented people that just have the *touch* for so accurately and movingly bringing all of their characters' feelings and emotions right into the readers' face! It's been an extremely wonderful couple of days - just sitting around getting lost in such wonderful works as this!
