Fantastic ending here - she's calm, shocked, and faints. I love it! Actually, I love every word of this so far - good job! If not for several typos and inverted words here and there, I'd rate this a rare 10.

Author's Response: I enjoyed writing the faint too. And a 10, I thank you!rnrnSeems I'm catching a lot of errors only when I see them posted here rather than in my Word doc, hope to fix them in future chapters. At least another 20 coming up.
