i like this version of Victor a lot...he's still scary and strong but knowing more about his motives and past gives a lot of wonderful flesh to an already fantastic version of this character. i really enjoy this story.

Well, this thing had me going for almost three hours. And now I have to wait for more. *sigh* I love what you're doing with Rogue and Victor. It's kind of nice in a crazy way to see them as friends. I also just want to smash Bobby's face into something hard and sharp. Poor Rogue! I can't believe he's such a prick! (I hate Bobby, so I'll go with your version.) I'm dying to see how Rogue takes out Graydon.

I liked this chapter. I dislike how much angst they have between one another... because well damnit they belong together. But I like plot twists. The Remy thing threw me the fuck off. Caint wait to see whatcha got in store for them.
Author's Response: Thanks. I really wanted to use remy a bit more in this story but i couldnt figure out how to incorperate him until now. Even though i never really liked him with rogue remy has always been one of my fav characters. As for the angst, rogue is still angry about everything. Shes not very forgiving. She still has issues to deal with and eben though he told her he wants her Logan never said he loves her. Keep reading! Things will clear up soon.

ha ha! love that she pummeled Bobby into paste, he sooo deserved it especially after that flashback. god, he was such a jerk to her!
as for Sabertooth. Vonnegut? seems just his thing. his version of flirtation with Storm was totally him and uttelry believable.
as for Remy, he should back the hell off before he gets hurt. i love Remy as a slimeball, it's just sooo good.
and lastly, good for Rouge leaving Logan in the woods like that. he didn't say he loved her, just that he wanted her. that makes allllll the difference.
Author's Response: i am so glad u caught on to the want/love thing. There is a huge difference. You can get past want, its the love part that gets tricky. There is nothing like a good bobby beat down either. Victor is smarter than he is usually protrayed. Even though this isnt based on origins at all, ive found that i prefer that version of victor. As for having him read vonnegut. Well, the authors personality is so twisted and warped that it actually compliments victors own personality. And as for him and storm. If u look at it and you know what kind of character sabretooth is, well, it could very possibly be misconstruted as a come on to smash a woman against something and tell them to scream. He is just that twisted. Thanks!

I happen to LOVE KickAss!Rogue (especially the way you write your characterization of her) and for some reason really dislike Bobby. So this fight was pretty damn satisfying and I'm going to go ahead & not think about what that says about me as a person ;)

This was gorgeous. I am so beyond ready for the next chapter. You'll have to forgive my rudeness. You just gave us two wonderful chapters back to back, but all I can think of is the next installment.
