I really love this story. You haven't abandoned it have you? I check regularly hoping for an update! I love your writing style and I love what you've done so far...just really want more. Please!

Your writing always has good elements but this story is, honestly, starting to drag a little. I find myself skimming, sometimes, to get to the next part.
Author's Response: Thank you for the kind response about my writing! :) As for the story feeling like it's dragging out...what would you have me do? Would the story make more sense if I said...Oh Marie's been kidnapped, then two chapters later jump to six months later she's saved? I'm trying to give the reader a glimps of the horrors of what happens to Marie and at the same time what lengths Logan will go to to save her. I hate that you feel that it's being dragged out but honestly I don't see that at all. I'm trying to get you as the reader to feel what Marie and Logan both are feeling. My intentions are not to hurry through this story and if you feel that I'm dragging it, feel free to give me some advice to change that! Thanks!

God, that was heartbreaking to read! Thank you for not being too graphic- it was brutal despite that. Please tell me that Logan's gonna get her out of there soon and kill those bastards? This is heartwrenching!
Author's Response: It was heartbreaking to write!! I had been struggling with the rape issue and that's why there had not been an update in a few months. I thought long and hard about going that route and when I decided to do it, I was adamant about not being graphic! Being raped is something that, thank God, I've never had to endure and I in no way wanted to offend anyone who has been through that. I will never be graphic when it comes to that. In my mind, just the thought of her being raped was enough to touch the readers. Logan is a desperate man at this time and will do WHATEVER it takes to find Marie! When and if he does, there will be hell to pay I assure you! Thanks so much for the comment, it helps me to want to write more!! :)
