wow that was hard to read. I feel terrible for Marie. But honestly, why does no one TELL Marie about her life? All the misunderstanding could be avoided if she had some point of context in which to understand her memories.
Author's Response: It was hard to write! Over the months that Marie has been back at Xavier's, people have tipped-toed around her, not really knowing how to deal with her memory loss. Xavier has tried with his sessions and up until this breakthrough, it had been unsucessful. The truth is, Marie can't rememeber any of these people and if it were real life, would she believe them just because they told her this and that happened in her life? I'm not so sure. Jubes is the closest person to her right now that could have broken through the doubt and that's why she believed her. Thanks so much for reviewing, keep them coming!
