I thoroughly enjoyed this chapter, yet again. It was so full of heart and subtle emotion.
I so loved the tiny snippet from Rogue’s POV, it was perfectly placed. Also, the reason why Rogue’s mutation had not shown itself was such a brilliantly simple and believable idea.
I loved the darkness from Logan when he said this line - "But if you do, darlin, I'll cut your fucking throat."
Loved it and I can’t wait for more. xx

wow, just wow. i love how protective he is of her and it's just so pure and gentle and concerned and not with the usual sexual undercurrents we see in many stories...of course if it goes that way later i won't complain LOL!
and jean totally sucks, which i always enjoy. such a cold, calculating, insensitive bitch totally in love with her own supposed awesomeness.
i really need to write a hate jean story myself sometimes b/c she pisses me off so much LOL!

Ok I left a review a second ago before I finished the chapter. lol bad Idea I know, I was just so upset that it looked like Logan was gonna let that witch near Marie again!!! i went back and read the last little segment there and realized you totally spun a 180 on me and had Logan come to his senses! My reaction was Oh thank god!!! Great chapter! I was really drawn into it. I am on the edge of my seat awaiting the next chapter. Please update soon.

I got really worried with this one, not because of what we know Marie's mutation to be but because Logan was going to actually let Jean operate on Marie again. How could he? Doesn't he see what the last 'exam' did to her? I am glad he realized it, that he couldn't do that to Marie again. Now it is just time to get the Heck out of Dodge.

Great work on this chapter. You're writing this version of these two wonderful characters in a way that is truly fascinating to behold. I love how completely Logan takes care of her. I love how she can only tolerate him, and from how you're writing Jean and the Professor I completely understand her point of view. Good grief Jean is a manipulative bitch. Words cannot express how much I enjoyed Logan threatening her. That was perfect. Also, I was so glad you didn't have Logan allow that medical procedure. That's Marie's decision and I'm glad you left it up to her. I'm really looking forward to your next chapter.

First, enormous thanks for going the extra mile (literally?) to use the library computer so us 'Heal Over' junkies can get our fix. You are the total bomb!
Second, Thank you, thank you, thank you, a thousand times thank you, for making Logan turn around and go back to *their* room with her. I know eventually, the whole thing will come undone, but I'd rather it be something SHE wants, because she wants to be 'the girl she was' before the lab. As for Logan's warning to Lady Mengele (is that how you spell that?), Way to go, Wolvie! Don't trust her as far you could throw--well, just don't trust her. Period.
Love the she remembered her name. Amazing writing. Can't wait for more. --Wendie
Author's Response: First, thank you, because you reminded me of something about the holocaust I wanted to put in the author notes. I'll have to go back next time I have a working computer.(I'm using a psp right now, and it has a space limit. It shuts off after about 2 paragraphs)......Second, thank you for the review. Yours are always thorough and kind, and I hope u know how much every writer on this site appreciates that.....Oh, and Im reading your latest fic now. It's fantastic. Will review soon.

This is touching and tragic and so damn beautiful. I love your self centered Jean. I love that Cyke trusts her implicitly. I love that Chuck isn't perfect. I also love that you haven't yet turned them into full stop evil paragons. I love that she whispered her name. I love that Logan wished he could trade his fuzzy nights with her nightmare riddled ones. I love that golf is not a sport and that Jean has less than no tact and that he calls her baby and that they need to get the hell out of that place.
Thank you for the beautiful mess. It's quite moving.

My poor heartstrings. You should see what you've done to them.
There were so many things I just loved about this. Logan's calm rage, finally learning her name, the "Go" scene (killed me by the way).
