good for Rogue...damn she is cunning. and awesome that she whipped out that little prize while she was so hurt and angry. she handled herself soooo well and good on Scott for backing her up.
heh heh i'm evilly pleased Logan looks at Jean with resentment...but hey, he messed up too. i'm a Jean hater by nature but right now i'ma Logan hater too even if he did lust after Rogue he was still a total bastard for what he did. they both 100% deserved to be banished...neither one of them is as important as Rogue (on many levels).
Author's Response: Yep, wasn't she great? And I'm with you on the Jean bashing, usually. I never did like her, not even in the comics or cartoons, and certainly NOT the movie! It takes a very rare (and incredibly well written) fic to make me even come close to liking her, normally.

wouldn't go so far to call jean a whore bcoz logan is a whore himself. if he
hadn't been pushing with his flirtation
this would not have escalated as it did. all i'm saying is that they are
both at fault. He shouldn't have flirted with rogue and lead her on then
go sex up with jean. And jean should have broken up with scott and waited a
month or 3 weeks b4 getting with logan.
but overall i love the bitchy rogue who
has a controlled outward appearance.

Again, much enjoyment of Bitch!Rogue ;) I even support more bitchiness! Cannot wait to catch up to "present time" and see what's going to happen on this mission. As delicious as Logan is I don't think I could ever forgive the Jean-whoring if I was Marie.

Oh my heavenly Jesus. That chapter was fucking amazing. I really wish that I had your writing talent. Or at least I could be like Rogue and 'borrow' it for a while. That ending... the way he is being Haunted. And how he is disgusted with himself and with Jean.. is perfect. That is exactly how they should feel. And the thing that got me was that she refused to raise just one eyebrow. That is the sickest burn I have ever read happen in a character's mind. Bravo my dear!
