Author's Response: I believe that when it comes to things involving love... there aren't any logical explanations. Everyone says to follow your heart, but when we really do, we get in trouble. Like in this situation with Rogue and Logan. They didn't sit there and weigh out the pros and cons of what would happen when they made the decision to have this fling together. They went for it. Simple and stupid. But sometimes these things end badly.rnrnAlso, Logan didn't throw the friendship away on purpose... he just didn't think of the possibility he'd lose her after the affair. Hopefully this helped to explain things a little better... If not, ask away and I shall do my best to answer. And maybe my next chapter will explain things a little better.

Short but I'm so glad we finally got Logans point of view some. I feel so bad for Remy but I hope he takes it all in stride. I'm sick but I really like the tortured Logan pining for some form of connection with Marie...you just don't really appreciate things until they are gone. Please keep up the good work!

UG, ok dammit, as much of an ass as Logan is being in this story, I still don't want her with Remy. :( I want her to snap out of her funk, and Logan to have an epiphany and have a happy ending.
