I feel like such a fangirl when I read your stories haha I just start giggling and smiling from ear to ear. I love that. I espcially loved when Marie called out Logan's name when she was.. ahem.. touching places and his claws popping out and being caught watching. LOL So him.

Now if I can only find a guy like him. I'd die happy xD

I remember reading this story a while back and I was just at the edge of my seat when Rogue heard the sound of his claws in the forest lol! I was like - please oh please oh please let her catch him in the act of watching her and of course, you did not disappoint. Very well described, as usual, and I caught your changes. I enjoyed your story before and I still do, very much! Great stuff. :)

Love everything between these two lines in both chapters, each pov staying different yet the use of the same words really kept the emptiness/loneliness/sadness throughout both. As well as the style in which they were written this linked them together well. Almost poetic in places, these two chapters in particular were absolutely lovely to read.
And then...... loved that her confidence shone through as soon as she knew the truth and also your descriptions of sensations she’d never felt.

Can't believe it took me so long to read this. The words "bestest" and "genius" and "holy flaming shitaco meat" come to mind. I have no favorite line; from the first to the last they are all equally brilliant, poignant, spot-on. And things would become a little awkward if I copy/pasted the entire story. Thank you for posting this.

but i have to say, that first chapter almost had me in tears. and that is hard to do.

You have a wonderful way with words, transporting us so easily into the world you have created and letting us see everything so perfectly through your eyes. Honestly, it was so beautifully written that I swear I could smell the woods around me as I read!

Also, if you have a Mac & you're trying to select multiple genres - press the "command" button while you click on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc genre you want. Hope that helps

This chapter was rife with a ton of emotions that I think you balanced very well. It could have easily gone into melodrama territory & been unbelievable, but you steered clear of that. Looks like we've got another promising writer on our hands here :)

Wonderful and well worth waiting for! As for authors, everyone on this site is great, but in particular, Joanne, Shadowlady, Tinhutlady. One of my favorite things to do is when I read a story that I especially like is to go to that auther's page and check out the other stories and then check out her favorites. I've spent hourd this way. grin

I really liked the way you started this – the overall sadness of it – the feeling she’s lost the last remaining tie to ‘normal ’But even that is gone now. The insidious slide into avoidance.’ There was a kind of acceptance in it all as if she had been expecting it all along/as if it was inevitable.
Liked the explanation of why her hair was in a ponytail ‘wary of anything affecting her peripheral vision’ I also liked that it was her father that told her not to use her real name (I like the unusual/the unique, these are the things that turn fics with the same basic concept into something different and not something you’ve read a thousand times before!)
I enjoyed reading this Well done x
Author's Response: Thanks...I tried that for the genres, but maybe the problem is my Mac, or browser? When I hold the control key and click in the Genre box it pops up a menu box (control+click on a Mac is like a right-click on a PC). Oh well. Thank you so much for the thoughtful review,

Loved this whole chapter, but for some reason one phrase really captured the moment for me:
"settling her boneless weight in a soft heap on top of his chest"
