I really enjoyed their interaction in this chapter--how Stray continues to be so drawn to Logan and can't seem to stop reaching out to him. I am really looking forward to seeing how their relationship continues to develop.
Also, you said that this story is coming easier/faster for you to write, which all I have to about that is, "Thank God!" because I'm already impatiently waiting for the next chapter!

I'm SEEING this story, for some reason. Not just picturing the scenes, but actually seeing it in those deep-washed colours, all dark red and golds and deep greens ... the silk, of course. Beautiful, beautiful language, so evocative and rich and perfectly matched to the story; and then there's the tale itself, which is heading in a new and fascinating direction. Honestly, a masterwork.
