And there you have it. It's mind benders like this that just blow me away when it comes to your stories. Nice way of introducing the two, Marie's reaction to Logan was very realistic and so was his. Great descriptions as usual (stable between the vales, the horse searching for a treat in Logan's hands) but I think my favourite part was the arrival of Shaw. The interaction between Logan and him was just snapping with tension, sardonic eyebrow et al.

He knew a minefield when he saw one.

With you holding the reins (pun intended), we're in for quite a ride. :)

I'm glad that you couldn't wait to post this because I couldn't wait to read it! Seriously.

I was NOT expecting the wife twist--well done! And of course, I love the fact that they are so attracted to each other and trying desperately to deny it and avoid the "trouble" that it could cause them. I'm very intrigued to find out what's going on with Marie and how she got mixed up with SS too. I'm totally digging the Logan undercover angle as well. Very interesting setup to say the least.

As always, I'm ecstatic that you are writing another story. I get a huge goofy grin on my face when I get an email alert because I know that it's going to be something special to read.

BTW, I got the email alert today when I was at work and I was like, "Yeah, I'm reading this NOW! Everything else can wait." Thank God for smart phones!

I'm glad you liked the plot twist, and that you like Undercover!Wolverine. It's so hard for me to remember to call him Wolverine instead of Logan, and to call Rogue Rogue instead of Marie! There will be more hints about how Rogue ended up with Sebastian. I'm having trouble figuring out how to dole out the information slowly instead of spilling it all at once. Did I mention I'm not great about holding out? Anyway, such a compliment to know you pulled out the smartphone for me. I've definitely been there!

No crap, trouble! Boy, this has the T-word written all over it backwards, forwards and diagonally. Yippee! :) Thanks for the intriguing plot twist. And don't feel you have to hold out on us! Ooh. I loved it. The chemistry between those two is palpable already. And the plot thickens--Shaw's wife?! This promises to be all kinds of interesting. I like the way you write; you really pull your readers into the characters' heads and take us along on the experience with them. You've got me on pins and needles; can't wait to see what happens next.
