Author's Response: Yeah, I think Scott just wasn't even thinking about how rude that was. Poor guy, and Jean too. I kind of made their characters oblivious, spoiled brats. Sort of like the X-Men: Evolution Jean and Scott. Haha!

Hooray for more chapters -- although so sorry to hear you lost some! That is just tragic. I agree with the previous suggestion of using Google Docs to back stuff up. It's good for beta-ing too.
Poor Logan, faking a hangover. I think I'll be as relieved as he is when he finally can come clean about his mutation. And, yum. I'm glad he's not being shy about showing his feelings. I suspect Marie will do enough of that for both of them.
Geez, Scott is a dumbass. I have a feeling he and Jean are going to cause a bit more trouble, interfering bastards.
Thanks so much for posting chapters, and especially for letting me know there will be a break before you post more. Otherwise I would be stalking this site all day. Happy Thanksgiving! Looking forward to more chapters tonight if you're able. And so glad to hear this is just the middle...I had no idea how long this fic was going to be, but I already know I don't want it to end ever!
Author's Response: I started playing around with Google Docs yesterday and must say that is great advice :). Thanks for introducing me to it! And I think Marie already strongly believes Logan's a mutant; she's just so scared to get her hopes up, that one. But don't worry; their mutie status is soon to be brought in the open, if in a kinda traumatic way. And I'm glad the story isn't seeming to long for you! I started typing and.... it just kept going.... and going.... haha! Hope you had a great Thanksgiving

I am really surprised Logan didn't pop his claws at Scott especially with the way he feels about Marie. Humm, I am curious as to where the physical voice is going to come in, maybe Logan finds out who hurt Marie.
I have gotten to where I post all of my drafts to google docs so if I lose a version I at least have them there. We are in the home stretch on the cooking here, Have a great Turkey Day!

OOO!! I cant wait! I love this fic! Logan's hang over scene had me LOL. His Wolverine possessive loving of Marie in bed and then his protective aggression aimed at Scott was perfect! I am grateful for the update. Happy Thanksgiving atmd! 10+ stars for updating on a busy Holiday too ;D
