Loved Marie coming to terms with her feelings and laying all her cards on the table when she thinks Logan's out of commission. And Logan playing possum--perfect! I love LetsHimselfGetCapturedToRescueHisGirl!Logan!
Author's Response: Thanks! I'm glad you liked it...I knew I had made the character so damn dysfunctional that it would need a pretty significant change to make a relationship between them believable, but I wasn't sure how having her say it out loud would fly. Having her say it mostly to herself, not knowing if Logan was hearing or not, seemed like the most realistic medium. Thanks for reviewing!

Finally some progress in the right direction! By which I mean, less torture. =P But I realize it is important to the story so I won't reprimand you too severely. I'm very pleased that Marie has come to realizations about her actions and has embraced the truth. She's acknowledging what is important to her and accepting it. Lovely chapter.
Author's Response: :-) Yes, these characters really balked getting to a certain place in their relationship...but I think I'm FINALLY getting them there. And having Marie realize she has to let her guard down and let Logan in is an important part of it. Thanks for reviewing!

I sense explodey things in the immediate future! I loves me some explodey things. Ooh, and who's going to take down Sabretooth, Marie or Logan?
This wasn't too talky. You have to show Marie's internal journey before the reader can accept a change of heart, right?
