Yeah, another chapter! I really like how easy they are together. And the bit about badgers... does the Washington Zoo really not have them? :) Thanks for the update!
Author's Response: Yes, apparently the Washington Zoo does NOT have badgers! I had to look it up. ;-) I was prepared to write it that she went to the zoo but the badgers didn't come out so she never saw them. Thanks for the review!

I love this chapter! I know I sound like a broken record but it's really true. It's not rushed or frantic or anything, but it sure doesn't feel like "filler", it feels like finally these two mostly untamed individuals are comfortable enough with each other to just BE with each other. Don't have to have big, deep meaningful convo, but they are just content to sit in silence with each other, and ask the occasional question as it occurs to them. Really nice. I'm loving the pacing of the story and the slow unraveling of the mystery that is Logan. Very happy with this. And Syrin should be a happy camper: no dumpsters for miles! LOL! ;)
Author's Response: Well, if it's a broken record, it's playing my tune. ;-) I'm so glad you liked the pace of this. I get very insecure when there's neither action or smut. :-D
