comet trails warp to static the
satellite broadcasts of her
mind : insubstantial fear
like discover that monsters live
in many places beyond your

crash landing on a battered rocket
Venus tatooed in ochre through her
skin : seduction of death
asteroid fields breed uncertainty
smashing me to cosmic dust with her
pulse : frequency of life
like building a radio out of tinfoil
and standing in the rain trying to broadcast
God.
