There's this story I remember reading years ago that I can't find again. I don't remember the title, the author nor the summary.

Marie gets upset and leaves the mansion and Logan does after her, after he finds her they get a room at a hotel to talk but magneto and mystique end up taking rogue again and this time Logan as well. Magento had rebuilt his machine and needs rogue to power it only now she can control her powers. Mystique beats her pretty badly but eventually she agrees to take magnetos power and then let's Logan loose and destroys the machine.
