Author's Response: Thanks glad you like it. As for Marie staying longer, she does have responsibilities so she has to return once school starts again. There is a lot of way I could go to continue, but this story is limited by its formats, so if I come across a song that is inspiring, I might write something, maybe one of them moving in together, maybe when he/she proposes. \r\nBut this series of fics meant to help with writers block so updates will be very uneven.

So interesting that the temple battle is so different. Does this mean we've had more than one attempt at fixing the future? (Logan eyebrow)

Author's Response: Hmm... more than once, that would be interesting. In this story the major deviation is that after the Wolverine Movie, Logan came to his sense and tried to get Marie to leave with him. She turned him down, and he left. Then the war started, and Marie went missing. Logan was really angry that Xavier prioritized other mission over finding Marie. So he went off and led his own campaign. With out Xavier\'s influence Logan led a very vicious and bloody campaign against the humans. So the mutant\'s situation over all was better than how it was in the movies. But with the introduction of those future cyber sentinels the war is turning against them. So magneto give Logan some intel on Marie in exchange for his participation in Xavier\'s time traveling plan.

Ooh. I completely agree with Killing Time. Something serious is about to go down and (half of) it's Bobby' s fault. *evil hiss* Bobby!

I absolutely adore and admire Fray and this story. It makes all 3 feel so real: completely connected to the “real world,” rather than a fantasy HEA. The ending you created with Marie absorbing Logan, and the difficulties and joys in raising Laura also feel authentic. Thank you for sharing this story!

You know I’ve been loving this story from the beginning. As we know from the mystery bar with all the Logan’s, we need to get THIS Logan a chance to “ get over himself” and into bed with Marie... After all, it’s been “TEN YEARS?!” ;)
