Barely Legal Since 2000
I applaud. I applaud. Much love to you for making me laugh and flustering Scott like that.
A similar event to this occured involving a bit of Hamlet's costume and my friend Jake. It was a handmade jacket. Pleather. Somewhere between pure badass and sexy Victorian Era, there is this jacket. When shown a picture of Jake–appealing in his own right, I admit–in this jacket, the reaction of those enjoying said picture was much like that of Jean and 'Ro. Much amusement followed, both from this event, and reading your story. Thanks.
Author's Response: Sometimes Scott just doesn\'t get it. But the women always do. Glad you enjoyed.
Ah. what sacrifices will be made for sleep...decency, routine sex, and Scott's new Expedition. Beautiful. And universal. Just like, it seems, certain sounds from Remy's room.
Author's Response: Sleep, like sex, isn\'t that important unless you\'re *not* getting any. :->
Oh. My. Jesus. My condolences that this actually happened to you, but I can not bring myself to feel enmity toward an event that lead to this story. I almost fell over laughing, especially between Jubilee's "kill me now" pleas and Scotts "hysterical blindness" happening. I think I love you.
Author's Response: I wanted to kill when it happened, but now that several years have passed, it\'s funny. Plus, I can use it every time my bro-in-law pisses me off. :->
As amusing and enjoyable as the story is, that last mental image of InnerLogan's actions is certainly...interesting.
Author's Response: It was the very image that spurred me to write this one.
The banter nearly put me in hysterics. I love it!
~sniggers~ Oh that's beautiful. The scene of utter–and highly suggestive–destruction is hilarious! And I'm in love with the set up. Perfectly normal life for both of them, then..."One night. No strings." It's simple. Elegant, even. Then followed by the destruction. Nice. Very nice. Please continue soon, as my curiosity, interest and amusement are piqued and awaiting more complete satiation.
too brief perhaps but...
~purrrrrrr~
I've tasted blood and I want more...
~pause~
You've got me quoting Rocky Horror. Damn you're good.
Hot damn. Sexy!Rogue in fishnets and Logan with fangs; I just lost my train of thought...
...
Oh yeah! You're awesome. That's what I was thinking before I got...distracted.
Author's Response: The whole visual of Logan with fangs (Movie!Logan, that is) just melts me.
Bite me, sugar - bite me hard!
Absolutely hysterical! I love it. And I've used that line: "keep it up and I'll circumcise you."
It can be very effective. I imagine Logan has an advantage over me in its effectiveness because he has adamantium claws and all I have is a spork...
Give me a pair of scissors and call it even.
Author's Response: Geez, that\'s where I heard that line before... sorry ;)
Oooh my. *fans self absently* Cinnamon...stillettos...I'm incoherent.
You are god. 'Nuff said.
Awww. Just...Awww.
Do you know how hard it is to get a "Awww, that's cute" reaction from me? Imagine Logan cuddling a kitten. That kind of effort. It's that anamolous to get that reaction from me. You deserve praise.
I applaud, I applaud.
...I suddenly have this craving for maraschino cherries, and the urge to learn to tie their stems into knots with my tongue.
Subtle humor is nice: "...there's no need to be sacreligious..."
Have you considered a sequel involving unwrapping a Starburst with one's tongue? It's a pain to work out, but is entirely possible. I've managed it.
grrrowl. Great song, and more fitting than I had previously realized. Apt, darling, very apt.
Author's Response: Thank you! I\'m glad to hear when I\'m not the only one that sees/hears things a certain way.
Author's Response: Thank you! I\'m glad to hear when I\'m not the only one that sees/hears things a certain way.
Much love for you, much cold showers for the rest of us. Keep it up (no pun intended.)
Author's Response: Keeping it up for the best of my abilities (no pun intended)! Soon I\'ll have to go to sleep. Have to rise bright and early, and go to school, but I think I could muster up one more chappie tonight. :)
I love Logan's voice in this one; I absolutely adore him. He's very comicverse-sounding, even if the plot is still X1. I really really wish I could write Logan's voice half as well as this story has it.
Hmmm...intriguing. I'm very interested in the badass-Rogue and the hunter-Logan. Nothing like a good beating/soulsucking to start off a story. I'm looking forward to the next chapter.
Author's Response: Oh, no, Logan is the prey in this one. And he is not happy about it. But Rogue is very much the badass :)
I like this Rogue. I really do. The badassness makes me at once cackle and feel the urge to swoon.
Keep it up, the action is addictive.
Author's Response: I *love* cackling, cackle away! :D
I already loved the plot and the Badass!Rogue, but the comedy in this chapter truly deserves applause. It's good to see Logan back on his feet again, metaphorically at least.
"Stalin wouldn't deserve you!"
Oh god that is effing hilarious!
A couple spelling mistakes here and there (understanible with how fast you whip out these chapters) but otherwise, great work! Poor buffalo...
Author's Response: Yay, I\'m glad your liking it! :) Thank you, but I take all responsibilty for the mistakes, I won\'t blame time *g*. Yes, poor buffalo without healing factor...
I like it, I like it. I hadn't really thought car chases could be done justice in print, but you've certainly done well. Logan's wryness is also amusing. Keep it up, Love.
Author's Response: Really?! Thanks! *blushes* The action is the most important part in this story, so I\'m glad I\'m doing it alright. :D
Oh. My. Jeebus. I think I love you. Scott Summers as a scary gay man, Ohhhhh Hell.
"*This* is why I don't stick around!"
Hysterical!
Author's Response: LoL! Yeah, I have a horrible feeling the scarygayScott!muse is gonna haunt me *g*. You gotta love him though *g*. It\'s so much fun to play him and Logan off each other... and up against each other... lol! Glad it made you laugh!
"those hippies in Vermont"
~snigger~
Very well done.
Author's Response: Them are some of my favorite hippies
Oh, isn't it just so fun to torture Scott? Hee hee, dance!
I like the mixture of love and lust here, and the lack of real sugar-coating without being overly perverse or unrealistic. Very well done.
Author's Response: Thank you.
Oooh my. Banter, taunting, and sheer and utter hotness. Keep it up, darling. I'm off for an ice bath before the next hot bit scalds off the rest of my skin.
Author's Response: hot bits. I love it! thanks for reading.
I'm likin' the bitchy Rogue. More, please!
