Very cool business-like, self-sufficient versions of a Logan & Marie who became a team long b4 the Xmen were involved in any part of their lives.
"And if the dam breaks open many years too soon / And if there is no room upon the hill / And if your head explodes with dark forebodings too / I'll see you on the dark side of the moon..." Same premise, different consequences owing to a treatment facility for mutants called Southaven and a focus on the chemistry between Logan and Rogue.

Comments: intriguing AU Logan/Rogue ... a very sophisticated, fresh new look at the pair under different circumstances, where Rogue is older & more jaded ... making for a "better fit" with Logan in some ways, but also for more friction & uneasiness b/w them. Great plot, too.
