The Wolverine & Rogue Fanfiction Archive
Barely Legal Since 2000
So sweet and so glorious. Glad you posted this for all of us to enjoy.
Author's Response: Thanks, I\'m glad you liked it. I actually considered not posting it since it\'s so freakin\' fluffy and plotless. But then September\'s story broke my heart, and I figured we all needed a healthy dose of fluff, eh? :)
@ JaqofSpades Sorry those were so messed up. Evidently my codes were wrong and I can't figure out how to edit a response without completely deleting the review too...
I enjoyed the hell out of this. It was nice to be able to see a different take on why Marie took the cure and I loved your idea about Logan's reaction to it. We all knew she did it for the "boy" and we all knew what boy it really was :) Overall, this was a very enjoyable read.
Author's Response: Glad you liked it! Nothing like a bit of revisionist history to rescue a movie :)
Totally awesome! Hahaha. I actually thought about the whole magnet thing at one point but then I figured I was mean enough to Logan as it was. Good, entertaining read.
Author's Response: Heh, the possibilities really are endless, aren\'t they? I\'m just picturing him stuck to one of those magnetic junkyard cranes. Poor guy.
You've got me hooked. I'm also excited to see where this is heading.
Hi. Remember us? Please say you do. I would love love love to hear from you again and get some conclusion to your stories. We all fall off the wagon sometimes, want to get back on? We have chocolate...
I'm always so sad to see your stories end because, while you're writing them, I get insanely happy when I see that you have updated. So much so, that people in a room with me think I won the lottery or something because of the smile on my face. But, at the same time, all great things need to come to an end or they lose their magic. Congrats on bringing to life a heartwarming, fear-inducing, funny, different, awe-inspiring, driving story that I will not soon forget. Please tell me another one is in the works!
I love to read about the connection between Logan and Marie in this story. The part at the beginning (Jealous much?) was hysterical and dead accurate. I can totally see this happening with almost any rendition of Logan and Marie. Keep write and we'll keep reading!
Author's Response: Will do! Thanks, I like Marie and Logan\'s friendship as well as their romance. I appreciate the review!
I'm glad you're back to writing because I've missed new things from you over the years. This was a delight to read and gave a good insight/an amazing explanation behind Rogue's acceptance of Logan. Thanks for sharing it with us.
Author's Response: I\'m glad to be back! New stuff is definitely coming soon. I\'ve probably written a good three hundred pages in the last few months. Crazypants! Thank you so much for the lovely words about this one.
I love the darkness and the craziness in this story. Though I hate to have my favorite people go through all the horrible stuff that you're describing in an extraordinary fashion, at the same time, I love it. It brings out a strength of character to see them overcoming situations like this. Basically, I love this and can't wait to read more from you!
Author's Response: Thank you!! I always love the stories where Wolverine and Rogue are a bit crazy but then find each other and find their crazy fits perfectly together. To me they just seem more realistic to the characters, I guess because I grew up reading the comics so in my head they\'re the two powerful loner mutants who always have each others back and are constantly saving everyone else so you\'ll see a lot of that type of stuff building in the story.
I'm so impressed with you ability to put out chapters so fast and keep the intensity level up. I've never been let down by an update and I'm sure I never will be. This awesome to read and it's nice to see a different take on Sabertooth.
Author's Response: Thanks so much! That\'s actually really lovely to hear about the intensity level as there\'s been a few chapters I\'ve worried over, is this too much or too little for right now. I think the worst was probably when I wrote Chapter 16: You Smell Good, which ironically turned out to be my longest chapter so far. I just didn\'t know if I should go really dark or lighter and how I wanted to carry the story on from that. I must have rewrote the first few paragraphs like five or six different times. I think that chapter was probably the turning point for my Sabertooth too because in one of the versions I wrote a very very dark and demented absorption of him and that would have made him turn out a lot different in future chapters, but I think in the end I got him right where I want him and I\'m happy that your enjoying my version of him. :) Glad to have you along for the ride!
... Wolverine is gonna be soooooo not happy when he gets his feet back under him. I can hardly wait.
Author's Response: I know, I can\'t wait for work to get over today so I can write it.. I always love writing Logan when he\'s pissed off cos it usually means a lot of action is about to happen :D
Keep doing what you're doing! I'm always so glad to see this update. And I'm sure the nonnegotiable voice is a very scary thing to hear...
Author's Response: Thanks so much!!! Apparently stubbornness and the nonnegotiable voice go hand in hand with ferals, because Wolverine, Rogue, and Sabertooth got it in spades. I imagine it would make any normal person follow the order without question, though it seems to have the opposite effect when they use it on each other. :)
There's the blue, furry genius we all know and love!
Author's Response: I love Hank, I just want to give him a big cuddle.
I'm in. Though people are probably going to yell at me because the next chapter of Measure to Measure refuses to be written...
Though, reading through some of these reasons, I'm kinda afraid of how they are going to happen in the Rogan universe...
Doc, I can't tell you how much I love every single thing you write. To be honest, I've been debating picking up other fandoms just so I can read more of your work. Amazing, as always.
Great first story! I'm so glad you jumped on the 50 reasons train with us. I look forward to reading more from you soon!
Author's Response: Thank you! It was great fun to write. I\'ll be posting another entry to 50 reasons soon!
Totally awesome! Can't wait for more of this. If revenge isn't a good enough excuse to get her in bed with Logan, I don't know what is! (Not that most of us would need an excuse, mind you)
